Located a truck on Cargurus that was your lot. I made the contact and everything went descent until my credit was run and deal was agreed on. I live nearly 5 hours away and was told that it would be no probl contact and everything went descent until my credit was run and deal was agreed on. I live nearly 5 hours away and was told that it would be no problem to get the truck delivered and that they would be sending the paperwork for me to sign out in the mail on Friday with overnight delivery. When I checked Monday there wasn’t any paperwork yet, Tuesday the same. I was contacted by the lot on Monday saying they needed a $500 retaining fee though I had already had my credit ran and we had agreed on a deal. So I was told on Tuesday it was actually not set for USPS delivery it was FedEx. So I ask for a tracking number to try to locate the paper work, which I never received because the paperwork was actually UPS delivered on Thursday. When I looked at the paperwork it was completely wrong and instead of the dealership making an effort to accommodate me their solution was for me to drive to the lot and pick up the truck, which I did. Now when they were going to deliver the truck they were going to charge me $500, but when I had to drive up to get the truck I didn’t even get a tank of gas from them. And the whole week that I was trying to locate the paperwork, I was the one having to make contact with the lot, I didn’t receive a single call from them except to ask for the $500 retainer fee. Now that I’ve had the truck a week they reaching back out to me because they left out things they needed for the finance company, funny how they’re on it whe. They need something but are too busy when you need them. More

I cannot begin to tell you guys the thrill I am feeling right now. I am still in shock about what happened. The reason for me going up there was to express my concern about Credit and to just see and recei right now. I am still in shock about what happened. The reason for me going up there was to express my concern about Credit and to just see and receive more information on how I could go about getting me a newer Jeep. I had a older Jeep Grand Cherokee which I loved, but ofcourse as time goes by you want something a bit more current and up to day on tech. I am now in a Jeep renegade, which the body of this jeep is quite deceiving. When you enter the renegade it’s extremely spacious and I love it. Thank you all for your help! More

I ordered a new Jeep and enjoyed the process. Though there were some delays at the factory I was pleased with the end result. I had broken a strap buckle while learning how to tie down a bed cover (comp there were some delays at the factory I was pleased with the end result. I purchased my 2015 Dodge Ram Promaster 2500 from the previous dealership owner (Tri-County Dodge) in 2016. The vehicle has been great throughout the years. I unfortunately was having my brakes put on previous dealership owner (Tri-County Dodge) in 2016. The vehicle has been great throughout the years. I unfortunately was having my brakes put on right before the dealership changed hands. I spent almost $2000 to have my new brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced. Upon picking up my vehicle I drove it for less than a quarter mile and my brakes started squeaking. I called and spoke with the service manager (Brandon- who no longer works there), he said to bring it back and they would get me new new pads under warranty. The brakes seemed fine to me. The issue was my emergency brake. I had a hunch as the sound was coming from the back rear passenger tire. I pulled the e-brake and there was no resistance. They never hooked the brake back up. I took it back in for adjustment but to no avail. It still squeaks. They said to bring it back in for adjustment again. I have to drive almost an hour to get there and they dont offer a rental vehicle. This is my only work vehicle so this is very inconvenient. More
