Dropped car off wed night for appointment thursday. Promised back friday and no word from them till i called friday night and car was still not done and was told was not going to be done. Received call Promised back friday and no word from them till i called friday night and car was still not done and was told was not going to be done. Received call saturday evening saying that they would have done by end of day and took payment over the phone and said would call when done. I never received the call so drove out there at night to find my car outside with keys in it unlocked. Picked car up sunday morning and was rattling. They rushed through the service and did not tighten all the bolts on the control arm. Also was checking oil and found a hose clamp that was also not put back on. To say the least the Tech they had working on this vehicle was careless. More
