Took our new vehicle in for routine maintenance that should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days! They never call whenservice is completed, went to pick it up 3 times and oops somebody forgot should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days! They never call whenservice is completed, went to pick it up 3 times and oops somebody forgot to do that part! This dealership is greatfor purchasing but terrible for service! This is not the first time we have had trouble withthe service dept. And yet my husband keeps taking it back there! More
