I used the licking memorial concierge service for an oil change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard change and a way overdue car detail. I didn’t know what to expect with the detail since I’ve never had one done. The vehicle had lots of fur in hard to remove places and seats were stained from drink/lunchbox spills. I set my expectations low but I was so pleased with the results! Took our new vehicle in for routine maintenance that should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days! They never call whenservice is completed, went to pick it up 3 times and oops somebody forgot should take 30 minutes and they have had it for 3 days!
