Had an appointment for Wednesday said we didn't. Scheduled us for Thursday at 3 went to get the jeep at 400 they hadn't changed the oil and said they couldn't do until possible Friday. Was very specific when calling for appt on issue. That not relayed properly to techs, came back 2 hours later to pick up (they didn’t call to tell me it was ready) tech said couldn’t recreate it, took him not relayed properly to techs, came back 2 hours later to pick up (they didn’t call to tell me it was ready) tech said couldn’t recreate it, took him for drive he heard the issue. All techs conversed no one knew what it could be. Said master tech had already left (even though was told when I scheduled they they would specifically need the master tech to find/fix the issue). Let me take car, said would call the following Monday to get me rental car and bring mine in for master tech to look at. Never received a call back. Took to different dealership for the issues to be resolved. More
