Took him to check the air conditioning several times couldn’t find any thing wrong, so I took it to another Dodge dealer and found out that they needed to go in through the glove box which was locked so couldn’t find any thing wrong, so I took it to another Dodge dealer and found out that they needed to go in through the glove box which was locked so that means your mechanics never even checked it. Yeah AC core was bad. You also could not get the van in for about four weeks to check on the other things that was wrong and the other dealer got it in in less than a week. Nick is really good there everything else is terrible! I thought it was bad when it was tri-county but you manage to make them look good. I will be using other Dodge dealer’s from here out. More

Overall a very low stress, laid back purchase. Eland didn't push any sales, he actually recommended we build a jeep since they did not have one on the lot that I wanted. Should not have taken 4 visits for the check engine light for the same area....still don't have full paperwork from 1st visit describing what was done on the 1st visit. Was told paperwork was taken to the Ho for the same area....still don't have full paperwork from 1st visit describing what was done on the 1st visit. Was told paperwork was taken to the Honda dealership and not kept on sight. That makes no sense to me. More
