I took my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in for an oil change and a multipoint inspection was included. Everything on the multipoint inspection was indicated by green dots as checking out in good working condition. multipoint inspection was included. I questioned that in my mind because I had driven the Jeep in very dusty, sandy conditions for a few weeks and expected the air filter to need replaced. I went and bought an air filter at Auto Zone and then opened up the air filter box on the Jeep and discovered that the air filter was full of leaves, dirt, and sand, just as I would have expected. After seeing that they never even looked at the air filter I could no longer trust that they did any of the other checks or even that they replaced the oil and the filter. I took the dirty filter to the dealer and he apologized and offered complementary oil changes in the future but I declined as I have zero trust that they would actually do that work. More
