John Hinderer kept our vehicle for 60 days claiming parts were back ordered! We called and called leaving messages with very little communication. While our vehicle was in their back lot waiting on parts, it were back ordered! We called and called leaving messages with very little communication. They did not call to notify us when it happened and only filed a police report after we asked for the case number. We were lied to over and over and passed from one person to another. If I could rate them using negative numbers for customer service, I would. This is the worst customer service experience of my life. More
