Good luck trying to get anything accomplished from this dealership. Had a piece of glass that was wavy. Drive and hr to drop the truck off and come back to another new piece of glass just as wavy. Now onto ordering another one and hopefully this one is better. Having a lot of issues with the 12” screen and Apple CarPlay disconnecting. Their fix for that is “don’t use the CarPlay, my wife had a Durango and we can’t even use the car play in it”. I don’t really care what your wife does I expect the truck to work as it should. Thought this place was different but they are just as crooked as your typical car salesmen. When I received the truck on the night it came in the front rim was chipped and the front hood scoop was broken on a brand new truck that had just come off the truck less than 12hrs ago. Had to bring the truck back a few days later for them to repair. Ram manager Joe and salesman Brad tell me the truck is worth so much more than sticker price when I purchase it but somehow once I have all these issues with the truck and want them to buy it back it’s worth way less than what I paid for it. Is it really worth less or do they want to cash in a big check. All in all take your business elsewhere and to a place that has more than 6 parking spots due to construction. More
