When someone brings in a 45k truck, that’s still under the normal 3yr/36k warranty, with a $30 part that is broken. Replace the part. Especially when there’s no reason for it to have broken. My wife and I will no longer be patrons to your line of dealerships. That’s including the power store, where I also recently bought, and very quickly paid off, a brand new Honda motorcycle. We have 2 kids that will be in need of cars. That’s a big no for them as well. I can also proudly report that I was able to talk one of my colleagues into purchasing their Honda Odyssey at a dealership other than yours. They apparently had an issue with your Honda dealership previously, and my story was all the inspiration they needed to solidify their opinions of you and shop elsewhere. I suggest doing a little critical thinking, the next time a customer comes in, and asks you to stand behind your products. It might be a little more lucrative for you and the longevity of the dealership. I’ll be buying my Scat Pack somewhere else.
