We went to John Hinderer CDJR to test drive a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. I hadn't decided on the one at John Hinderer or a 2020 that we had found in Columbus. We sat down with Jeff B and discussed the payment options. We explained the budget we wanted to stay within and the importance of staying within that budget. Jeff and the financing department worked and provided us the best possible payment and customer service. On multiple occasions we were offered refreshments and made to feel at home. Never did Jeff make us feel pressured or uncomfortable. After paper work was finalized Jeff personally sat in the Jeep and explained all the features and gadgets that was in the Jeep and made sure we knew how to work everything. We will continue to go to John Hinderer CDJR for all our vehicle needs and recommend them to anyone. More

You have had out Ram truck in your garage for 5 WEEKS still not fixed! This is a nightmare! Ive spent thousands on a rental car. Calling the BBB today! They have no excuse! He checked up with me a few times after I drove the car home and I had an altogether positive experience from start to finish. More
I use dealer services for the convenience, not for the price. It’s an expected trade off not received. People answering phones need a better understanding of services offered, including time required for price. It’s an expected trade off not received. The service department then needs to review their daily lineup and call customers if there are issues with performing scheduled work before the customer makes the drive in. The service dept makes everything super inconvenient and I was scheduled incorrectly or told to go to the wrong location 2 out of 2 tries. I love the sales department and will continue to buy from the lot, but do not recommend the service dept. Additionally - I do not recommend auto butler or oil changes. Fluids were not topped off (wiper light was actually on and Seats not cleaned before smearing leather “protectant” on them. Disappointing. More
