When I made my first contact I was given their undivided attention. Jeff Blevins did an amazing job helping me locate the right vehicle and getting the best del possible. The Owner Justin Hinderer was personally involved in my deal the entire way. He took his time to hear what I was looking for, and had Jeff take over for the rest of the way. Jef was great at showing me the details on the vehicle and very knowledgeable. One of the most impressive things was Justin came over and handed me the keys when the deal was closed and thanked me for giving them my business. Service might be fine. Time will tell. We took our van for recall issues. About 20 min after we dropped it off we got a text saying if we need anything we could call or tex Time will tell. We took our van for recall issues. About 20 min after we dropped it off we got a text saying if we need anything we could call or text. We were told maybe a couple hours. After not hearing anything on the second day I text twice and got no response then called a while later twice. Finally someone called me back and gave me an update and said it might be a couple hours or could be longer. I was fine with that but he was supposed to call me and let me know for sure. No call again. The third day someone called and still didn’t know when it would be ready which we understood bc of the issue. We finally got it back around lunch time. The work may be fine but we had to rearrange our work schedules for 3 days just bc no one gave us updates so we could plan for it. More
