Walk-in new building to pick up my truck for warranty work. No one greeted me at the door to direct me where to go. Finally found service department. Talk to a representative and never got back with me. work. No one greeted me at the door to direct me where to go. Finally found service department. Talk to a representative and never got back with me. Dealt with another customer that walk in behind me. Didn’t get help till 15 minutes later. Talked to representative and no paperwork was ready to go. When they called me to pick up the truck. Dealership never gave me a loaner car to use when my truck was in for warranty work for a brand new truck less than three years old. More

Having to have jot mic luck previously with service I can say they have turned their selves around ! The new facility is absolutely awesome!
