Walk-in new building to pick up my truck for warranty work. No one greeted me at the door to direct me where to go. Finally found service department. Talk to a representative and never got back with me. work. No one greeted me at the door to direct me where to go. Finally found service department. Talked to representative and no paperwork was ready to go. When they called me to pick up the truck.
