The staff at heister not only had the truck but also beat the price I was looking for. They bent over backwards to make the deal, yet at no point pressures me in to a deal or vehicle I wasn't wanting. One of the best overall truck buying experiences ever. While I waited for the vehicle to get detailed and fueled up, I met a bunch of other customers that were buying new and used vehicles from the store and they were all extremely happy with their experience too. Really was a good time. More

There were numerous issues with my car (several I was not even aware of when I brought the car in) and Thomas called me to keep me updated with every new change. The service got everything repaired in a timely mannor and I feel that the price was fair. I have never had better service at a car dealership and I look forward to working with him again. More

Within minutes I had I found my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland online located at John Hiester, I requested information from them via their website. Within minutes I had a phone call to answer my few questions and then Tashaunda asked if I would like to place the Jeep on hold so I could come take a look and test drive the Jeep. I made a appointment and drove 3 hours to test drive the overland. As soon as we pulled up we where greeted and asked if we needed any help. The Overland had been pulled and was ready for us when we got there. Caulen was wonderful to work with. The whole process was a breeze. I would highly recommend these super people! More

He listened patiently as I described my car's symptoms which is rare in today's world when a women experiences car problems. He made sure that my repairs were expedited as soon as the parts were delivered. Even though I live in Fayetteville it is well worth my time to drive to your dealership in Lillington. Overall experience 10+. Will recommend to all my coworkers at Cape Fear Valley Hospital. More
