Busy Busy Busy! I drove to Hiester Dodge-Jeep -Chrysler today, to test drive a Ram 1500 Limited. After waiting @ 15 minutes, I spoke with Max, one of the Managers. I drove to Hiester Dodge-Jeep -Chrysler today, to test drive a Ram 1500 Limited. After waiting @ 15 minutes, I spoke with Max, one of the Managers. He was a truly delightful individual. He was able to get me a salesman after another 15 minutes, or so. Apparently, the dealer was understaffed today and folks were waiting longer than would be normal. They were Busy, Busy, Busy. My salesman, Bryan Cummins, was a friendly, informative and client focused sales professional. He located the Ram Limited with the greatest number of accessories and packages available. I was able to test drive the vehicle, ALONE, without the irritation of having to be accompanied by a dealer employee. The Ram Limited was everything Car & Driver said it would be. The truck drove like a luxury automobile. It was certainly as comfortable as a Cadillac, Lincoln, Acura, Lexus, etc. The contracting process was also an efficient exercise. I was able to sign everything in less than 30 minutes. All in all, the whole experience was better than I remember it being, when I bought my last new vehicle. I recommend Hiester's dealership to all who are looking for a relatively painless buying experience, a great selection of vehicles and very fair pricing. More
