Lack of information / Last minute changes First off, I was presented with a vehicle which was different in color and package than the vehicle that I specifically made an appointment for. Secondly, I was informed that the price of the vehicle went up just within 24 hours of confirming a visit after I test drove the vehicle; furthermore, a manager came to convince me that I was thinking of the wrong vehicle though the price history and VIN number is online. I did not like the feeling of being lied to. Though the final offer made to me was lowered, I did not feel comfortable purchasing anymore. More
