I took in my 2016 Ram for the Evac engine light. I was charged $400.000 for a canister Evac filter that did not work. The light came on the next day, so I took it back again, and they did a road tes I was charged $400.000 for a canister Evac filter that did not work. The light came on the next day, so I took it back again, and they did a road test recycle drive. The light came back again. I scheduled a third time; instead, I took it to a friend, who discovered the problem in 20 minutes. It was a sensor by my gas cap neck. It solved my problem. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are incompetent they don't know what they are doing. Sad. Rick More

They are really slacking in honesty and they have left my son out to dry should have done had his tags but it's been 30 days and he still hasn't gotten them!
