Sorry to say , but your service dept needs a little help. I had a 2:00 pm appointment. My car did not go into the shop until when I went up to the front deck and asked what was going on. That was at 3:10 . T I had a 2:00 pm appointment. My car did not go into the shop until when I went up to the front deck and asked what was going on. That was at 3:10 . Then another hour before someone came out to let me know what was possibly wrong. They said it could be the ABS module or something else. I take my car to a dealership to find out the problem. If they are going to just change and charge me for parts until the exact problem gets fixed, I can take my car to any repair shop for that. Very disappointed in so many ways. More
