My daughter and I were greeted by Sales Consultant Joseph Lacayo on 7/9/2022 as soon as we got there. He listened very attentive to me, and had the car on lot that I came to see. My husband and I live in Ohio and come to see friends every year in Apex. We have bought many vehicles from John Hiester. This year is no different. As we are getting older we wanted a truck that is more practical. The Sanford dealership employees were very kind, generous, and easy to work with. My husband sent me the following day to take a truck back we were considering. I am usually not comfortable talking to a sales person. However, Joe was very personable and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was very patient and helpful. Brian in finance was very helpful and kind as well.
