My husband and I live in Ohio and come to see friends every year in Apex. We have bought many vehicles from John Hiester. This year is no different. As we are getting older we wanted a truck that is more practical. The Sanford dealership employees were very kind, generous, and easy to work with. My husband sent me the following day to take a truck back we were considering. I am usually not comfortable talking to a sales person. However, Joe was very personable and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was very patient and helpful. Brian in finance was very helpful and kind as well. I love the southern hospitality and warmth this business gives us every time. They will do what they can to help you and find something that you are comfortable with.
