I purchased my car from the Fuquay John Heister Dealership a year ago. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the service I have received from day one! It has been conveinent to use their vale Dealership a year ago. I have to say that I am very satisfied with the service I have received from day one! It has been conveinent to use their valet service to have my car serviced at the Lillington location. I get reminders via mail and texts to have my car serviced. They make it easy to set the appointments and they communicate with me throughout the process. I highly recommend John Heister Dealerships! More

May 17 2024 I took my brand new 2020 Silverado in cause I noticed the oil was fingernail deep on oil stick well they find had a oil cooler leak under warranty. So did oil change and was told part was being ordered well 9/1/2024 after leaving from getting my wife's oil changed I mentioned as to why has no body notified me if part came in so the parts manager apparently went to parts side of dealership and find one was put on that Monday on labor day. So that's my 4 stare review and is the only issue I have had and been a customer of heisters since early 2000's would I continue to use heisters chevy yes I would More
