John Harvey Toyota

I will never buy another car from John Harvey Toyota. I purchased a 2012 Toyota tacoma in October of 2012. I had some running boards put on and they put the wrong ones on. I then had scheduled an oil chang purchased a 2012 Toyota tacoma in October of 2012. I had some running boards put on and they put the wrong ones on. I then had scheduled an oil change on 1-3-13 for 8:00a.m and didn't t leave the dealership until almost 11:30. The same day I purchased a 2007 corolla and it was certified. I took the car home and I noticed that the brakes were squeaking and the belt was squeaking as well. I email the guy that sold me the car on 1-10-13 and told him and I did not get a response back today. I took the car and had an oil change on 3-22-13 and asked that the belt and brakes be looked at. I dropped the car off at 7 am and didn't hear nothing from them until I called them around 12p to see what was the deal with my car. The lady told me that the brakes were ok but they just needed to be cleaned and adjusted and the belt was stretched. I told her I just bought the car and that to shouldn't be doing that. All I'm telling the people that go to John Harvey Toyota that your certified vehicle may not be certified. We researched the Tacoma, and found that there is not much room to really negotiate on the price of these vehicles. We still felt, overall, that we received a fair deal, we are happy with the truck and will certainly recommend this sales person to someone else. Each person we encountered in the dealership asked how we were doing, if we needed anything, if we were happy with the vehicle, etc. and they seemed to be really interested in our answers.
