Great car and great service I just took my Toyota Camry in for its first 5000 maintenance. I had scheduled an appointment. From my experience with some other dealers, an appoin I just took my Toyota Camry in for its first 5000 maintenance. I had scheduled an appointment. From my experience with some other dealers, an appointment does not seem to mean much, I seem to wait as long as if I had come in without an appointment. That was not the case at John Harvey. I was in and out very quickly. I love my Camry and look forward to more great service visits. More

Avoid John Harvey..go to Yokem Toyota!! My mother bought a 2009 Toyota Venza from this dealership, against the family's recommendation. Our family has owned nothing but Toyota's and have pu My mother bought a 2009 Toyota Venza from this dealership, against the family's recommendation. Our family has owned nothing but Toyota's and have purchased all of them from Yokem Toyota. 3 days ago the Venza had a flat on the passenger rear tire. When I came out to change it out with the temporary spare, there was already a sheriff officer there assisting my mom. He said that the lugs were rounded off and couldn't get his lug wrench on them to loosen them. The tire iron that came with the car wouldn't even fit on the lugs. It is 2014 and the last time that the tires were serviced was by John Harvey when they did an oil change and tire rotation. The tires have not been rotated since then because the car has less than 40,000 miles and is rarely driven. After calling a tow truck to tow the vehicle, we stopped by John Harvey to speak with Darlene Miller, who is the service advisor here. When we told her the situation, all she could focus on was the fact that the tires haven't been rotated since the last visit and that she "finds it hard to believe that we haven't rotated the tires." Basically calling us liars. She was extremely unwilling to work with us to the point of us having to just leave because there was absolutely no way she could help us, even though that the techs were the ones who over torqued AND rounded off 3 out of 5 of the lugs on the one wheel! Like I said, our family deals with Yokem Toyota and not only are they always friendly and go the extra mile to help us out with our cars, but also finds any extra deals when getting services done. We arranged to have the Venza brought here after this horrible mistreatment and not only was the flat changed out only one hour after arrivng via tow truck, but we were not even charged for them to remove the damaged lugs or the price of the replacements. Yokem did tell us that all four wheels were over severely over torqued and that the tires do NOT need a rotation, as they all have even wear, sufficient tread and no cupping or feathering. DO NOT buy anything or use John Harvey for any type of service on your Toyota!!!!! This is the third time having horrible treatment at this place..this particular experience was the worst, but the second worst was when they quoted me close to 900.00 for a timing belt, water pump, drive belt and front main seal job....yet Yokem did all of this plus wash the car for 498.00.....GO TO YOKEM, especially for service!!!! More

When I went they told me they would not b able to help me get into a car that I would want with the payments I would want.I just couldn't understand when I have bought two from them and always made my payments on time. So I decided to change and give John Harvey Toyota a chance and I am so glad I did my salesman Tim Purkey was awsome friendly and considerate in what I wanted.
