I can not express enough how disappointed I am in this dealership. My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for over 20 years, to include 4 brand new vehicles between 2019-2020. dealership. My family and I have been purchasing vehicles from this dealership for over 20 years, to include 4 brand new vehicles between 2019-2020. In 2019 we bought a new Camry that has recurring wiring issues. In a matter of one year, we have spend a couple thousand dollars out of pocket to repair the same issue over and over again. The dealership refuses to take ANY RESPONSIBILITY!!!!! We even reached out to the directors Josh Reece and Wali Faranza who were not sympathetic at all, did not offer any real solution, and were argumentative towards us. Mr, Faranza lied end said he would help us out, however, he never put any real effort. My biggest disappointment is their loyalty to customers of over 20 years and thousands and thousands of dollars invested into this dealership. Now we’re stuck with a new vehicle that cost nearly 30,000 dollars that will not function. After 20+ years of giving this dealership business, my family and I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISLOYAL DEALERSHIP AGAIN and we will also be moving on from Toyota into a different brand. It’s crazy to think that all they had to do was show us effort that they were willing to help us and couldn’t even do that that. ALL IT TAKES IS ONE BAD EXPERIENCE TO RUIN over 20 years of loyalty we had towards the dealership. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to another dealership!!!!!!!!! More

Throughout the morning, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "hello" by every staff member that crossed my path. I even got my steering wheel sterilized before my car was returned. Mechanic broke the welds for the skid plate bolts by using a impact wrench and didn't bother to tell me. Just put skid plate back and now dealer won't own up to it. Says it was because I go off road. Buyers beware! Think twice about purchasing a vehicle from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to be the finance manager as well. I went and test dr from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to be the finance manager as well. I went and test drove the truck the evening before and the salesperson knew I was bringing in my trade and cash the following day to purchase the vehicle. At no time was I wavering to purchase he clearly understood this. The following morning I was contacted by Mr Conner to complete my credit app. I did just that and sent it in. Mr Conner ran my credit then messaged me 10 minutes later stating he just sold the truck to another customer. The fact of the matter was Mr Conner should have never bugged me for my credit app knowing he was in the middle of selling the vehicle in which I intended on purchasing. They hit my credit report and sold the vehicle to someone else within minutes. This company has zero integrity. Purchase from someone who will take care of their customers! More
