It took 5 hours after I selected my car with no updates. Salesman said someone didn’t come in today. The last hour the finance guy said he just got the paperwork and blamed the sales person for the delay. Salesman said someone didn’t come in today. When I picked my car up the next day I scheduled a time I would be there but once I arrived I was told I had to wait another 20 minutes so they could fill the car with gas and wash it . Customer service needs improvement. More

Although the dealership is quite a distance from us, the savings and level of service made it well worth the trip. I highly recommend buying from this dealership. They appear to be honest and transparent with their pricing—there were no surprise add-on packages like at many other dealerships. I believe all dealerships should adopt upfront pricing, where everything included with the car is reflected in the advertised price or the prices. This would help avoid confusion and save time for customers. I am glad I got the car from this dealer and would recommend it to anyone who need to buy used/new car. More
