Here is my scenario: - I own a Toyota Tundra 2016 110k - 100k maintenance done Dec with new spark plugs, transfer case service recommendations! Here is my scenario: - I own a Toyota Tundra 2016 110k - 100k maintenance done Dec with new spark plugs, transfer case fuid, differential fluid, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, engine oil, air and cabin filter all replaced. I came to John Elway’s for an oil yesterday, I had not been to here for service since maybe my 50k routine maintenance. However, they are close to my office so I can drop it and catch a ride to work business as usual. Yesterday as I am sitting on the drive line discussing my my needs the John Elway service writer proceeds to up sale me a service I have never heard of before. “Since you haven't been here for a while, we need to complete a SAFETY INSPECTION before we can perform the oils chance service.” Another side piece for the readers, I sold Toyotas for 10yrs and I am very loyal to the brand, I believe Toyota's are truly well-built vehicles. With that in mind you can imagine how surprised I was by this information so I proceeded to ask WHY???? Service writer said “ It's policy for older Toyotas” so giggled a bit and said ok how much more will this service add to the oil change cost? John Elway’s service writer “its a $250.00 inspection to ensure your drain bolt is not stripped”! Folks I was so disappointed at a dealer to try to rob their patrons like this! Whoever reads this PLEASE OPEN YOUR RECOMENDED SERVICE BOOKLET and tell this clowns all you need is what @toyotamotor recommends. As for me, I will not be bringing in my Tundra or Highlander here for service. Highway robbery at their service department! More

Pulled in at 12:30 the day after Christmas for service on our Prius Prime. Was told that it would be done around 3 and that our service advisor would send update text messages. Never received an update and at 3 we asked for a status on our car only to be told that the car was never in queue and was not worked on due to a computer glitch. Our time was not respected. Never again! More

Aug 12th our Toyota was towed to the dealer. Our car has 305,000 miles and has service us well. This makes our third Toyota purchase. John Elway Toyota has always provided excellent and professional services over the years. Tyler has always taken the time to call us on all work being done and really cares about each customer he serves. Thank you Tyler! Josh Reece is the service Director who helped us is making sure we were not charged extra fees for testing done on the car. The matter took a week to resolve but he called me with update and solved the issues in a timely matter. Thank you Josh for your excellent service. In August Justin Sebring ordered my new car, Toyota 4Runner-SR5 Premium 2022. Due to COVID i had to wait a few months for the arrival of my new car. In September i talked with Kai Phaithoon manager who explained the process of the delay in getting the car due to slow production. He was very informative and encouraging. The Customer Relations Manager Tina Chapman was very important in connecting me with the right person to help address my concerns. She returned my phone calls promptly and demonstrated such a caring attitude, very warm and pleasant. Thank you Tina for your support. Finally in mid September Jose Solis called me and said my car would arrive October 11th. Over the course of a few weeks Jose provided updates, he was very professional, answered all my questions and was very patient with all my questions. Thank you Jose for outstanding customer service. My birthday was October 10th my car arrived the morning of October 11th. When i arrived to pick up my car i talked with Kai Phaithoon. He was very professional and friendly. Lastly Jordy Evangelista completed our paperwork and others items needed. He to explained everything we needed to know. Thank you Jordy for your knowledge. I would like to thank the entire team who helped give me the best birthday gift i could ever ask for a new car. My experience was perfect from beginning to ending. Thank you all again.! More
