Though my 2015 Toyota Camry has had many issues this dealership has fixed the issues every time. Now 7 years later and with an extended 10yr 100k mile warranty on the day of purchase, the front R door l dealership has fixed the issues every time. Now 7 years later and with an extended 10yr 100k mile warranty on the day of purchase, the front R door lock actuator and the front R & L side front sway bar links were repaired free of charge under the extended 10yr 100k mile warranty in one day, service Rep. Jesse A Perez provided a one-day complimentary rental car. Did have an oil change at this appointment, which is rather expensive, the last oil change prior to this appointment was at this dealership, went to other oil change repair shops prior to this appointment and they all claimed they were not able to provide the service, because the nut to drain the oil was over tightened. Did leave grease mark on the exterior of the R front door didn’t notice until I got home. Rated 4 stars of 5…the price of oil change and quality of work. Service Rep. Jesse A Perez was great...5 stars! More
