We did some research on Crown Toyota and the car we wanted...a RAV 4 Prime. Started working with Victor Duran who did a great job keeping us up on choices and cars on the way. When he found one he thought we would like coming we rushed to Crown to place a 48 hold on it when it hit the lot so we could see if it was what we wanted. Sure looked like it was. Victor hung in there for nearly three hours, never pushing a sale, and answered all our questions and concerns. He really wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our choice. He escorted us over to finance and introduced us to Tony Pouria for final paperwork. We were immediately impressed with his demeanor and no pressure manner. As we were working with Tony, Victor would look in on us and ask if we needed anything. After thirty eight years in law enforcement I had a new experience on a car lot...I liked and trusted these guys and a car dealer. More
