The communication and professionalism was severely lacking, which is entirely unacceptable and made me feel undervalued. I received no status updates throughout the process. When I dropped off my vehicle at 9 a.m., the service advisor assured me he would follow up by 2 p.m. However, he didn’t. I had to approach the service desk at 2:30 p.m. to inquire about the status. Another advisor called Diego over to address the situation, but he ignored me. Finally, Diego contacted me via text at 3:06 p.m., after I had already been in the building for six hours! In total, I waited for my vehicle for seven hours. More
