Brought my Highlander in for service and told AJ I was concerned because the seat belt indicator on the dash always showed someone in the passenger seat even when it was unoccupied. He went out of his way to go check other Highlanders and looked up the write up on how the indicator functions. Kudos to AJ for taking the initiative and resolving my issue without having to bring my vehicle back for diagnosis. Below you'll see I rated the speed of service AVERAGE because 3 hours for an oil change seems a little long, especially when you make an appointment a week in advance. Otherwise, I like your service department. More

Super straightforward, communicative, and nice! Had a great experience with their salesman Scott! He was super nice in all our communication, looked for the exact car i was interested in, and had i Had a great experience with their salesman Scott! He was super nice in all our communication, looked for the exact car i was interested in, and had it available when i drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase. Really appreciate that he wasn't the annoying, pushy stereotype as I had been experiencing that elsewhere and dealers lying about their inventory. Loved his honesty and my finance guy was great too! Overall good experience that helped soothe my annoyance from other dealerships - highly recommend them! More
