Brought my Highlander in for service and told AJ I was concerned because the seat belt indicator on the dash always showed someone in the passenger seat even when it was unoccupied. He went out of his way to go check other Highlanders and looked up the write up on how the indicator functions. Kudos to AJ for taking the initiative and resolving my issue without having to bring my vehicle back for diagnosis. Below you'll see I rated the speed of service AVERAGE because 3 hours for an oil change seems a little long, especially when you make an appointment a week in advance. Otherwise, I like your service department. More
