Let me start by saying that not only did my father work at Burt/John Elway Chevrolet, but my brother and I for many years. I have purchased many vehicles and have done most of our services at this location at Burt/John Elway Chevrolet, but my brother and I for many years. I have purchased many vehicles and have done most of our services at this location for 30 plus years. Until recently, service and sales has been great. I recently took our 2020 Z71 in for service because of a check engine light and an oil change. After leaving our truck there for 4 days we had heard nothing from service advisor Cheryl, we left messages and when I finally did get a hold of Cheryl, she had very little information other than to say they are waiting on a part that could take 3 weeks to get. I asked if the extended warranty would cover a rental and Cheryl said she would check into it. I ended up getting a pickup truck from enterprise as we had a vacation planned and I did not get any response from anyone in the service department. Our truck had now been there for going on 4 weeks and still no communication. I left a voicemail for the service manager and no response. Finally, I get a text message from Cheryl saying the truck was ready. After 1500.00 for the rental, we picked up our truck. When we got home, we noticed the back of the front seats were filthy, grease on the passenger seat, grease on the doors. Why were they in the back of the truck for an oil change and a transmission module?? Look, there are still very fine people at this dealership. I love A.J. Gaunella, he is the epitome of customer service, and I learned a lot from him when I worked there. But sadly, this will be my last transaction with this dealership. More

My family and I were recently in the market for a Chevrolet suburban, we were deciding between the 2020 and 2021. During our search, most online salespersons were fairly helpful with two notable exceptions. John Elway Chevrolet and Emich Chevrolet, both in the greater Denver area. At EMICH Chevrolet, I had two issues: 1- Could not get a salesperson to confirm inventory from the online list of available cars. I did not want to drive, during these times, if what I was needing to evaluate was not present. Not a big deal, but frustrating. 2- Once I arrived at the dealership to confirm availability, I wanted to consider other vehicles. Another salesperson helped me locate vehicles, built then proceeded to lie to me about the availability of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was on EMICH Chevrolet’s overflow lot but had JUST BEEN sold and was now unavailable. a. In reality this was a lie. The vehicle was sitting, available on a lot of a competitor. That competitor was unwilling to do dealer trades, therefore the vehicle was unavailable to purchase from EMICH, but the vehicle was NOT unavailable, in fact, it is still available as of this review. Now, on the surface this may not be a huge thing. But to me integrity is HUGE. It is very important. I am trying to teach my 6 and 7 year old’s integrity (by the way EMICH, thank you for providing me such a great opportunity to teach my young children such a great and shining example of EXACTLY what poor integrity and dishonesty look like) if a salesperson cannot give me accurate data to make a very large purchasing decision and that salesperson flat out lies to me in an effort to solely land a sale, even when they know I am interested in other products that are available, well that is just dishonest. Therefore, I choose to not do business with you. Valid way to do business? Probably, best way? Not to me! While it is hard to put on paper for me how egregious this was, it was upsetting enough that I actually contacted another dealership to dealer trade for the vehicle I wanted so EMICH would NOT GET MY SALE! How bad must my experience have been for me to actually arrange a dealer trade from one dealer to another for the sole purpose of not allowing them to have the credit for a sale? Pretty darn bad! THANK YOU, JOHN ELWAY CHEVROLET, FOR BEING HONEST, HAVING INTEGRITY, AND HAVING MY FAMILIES PRIORITIES AS YOUR NUMBER ONE CONCERN! EMICH CHEVROLET, SHAME ON YOU FOR PUTTING ME IN A POSITION TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH EFFORT TO PREVENT YOU FROM GETTING MY HARD-EARNED DOLLAR. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR DEALERSHIP! HOPEFULLY GM TAKES NOTE OF YOUR DISHONESTY! More

Run away, run away! If you need service for your car, do yourself a favor. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. We brought in my son's chevy for its 125,000 mile service a week ago. If you need service for your car, do yourself a favor. GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. We brought in my son's chevy for its 125,000 mile service a week ago. Brakes, AC charge, fuel system check. Dropped off at 7 am. Actually had to call multiple times to find out when we were going to get it back. About 2:30 I was finally able to go get it. Dimitrius made sure I knew he had done me a favor by putting 2 tech's on it in order to get the job done by that time, cause he wasn't aware I needed my car back....? So $800 later, we left the dealership. A few hours later, we discovered we had a driveway covered in gasoline. Yes, they failed to put the parts in properly and a whole tank of gas leaked all the way home and all over our driveway. My husband immediately called the dealership and was transferred directly into a voicemail. When he called back he was told the service department was closed and we could call back the next day. Third call, and a couple voicemail boxes later, he was able to speak to a sales manager. Forgot his name but he's the only reason the dealership gets the one star. He got us a loaner so my son could go to work while they fixed the problem caused by them being paid to fix the problems. He also got our car towed down since we had no gas and couldn't put any in because it would just pour out. The next day, we called the service department. We were put in multiple voicemail boxes before we finally were lucky enough to talk to Dimitrius again. He was extremely rude but told us the car was done. My husband called to speak to the service manager Todd who told him he would look at the bill and see what he could do to make it right. I got to drive over and pick up the car. Dimitrius again! He pushed some paperwork at me and told me to sign off acknowledging a faulty part. That's it. No, sorry for the trouble. No, sorry your son could have been seriously hurt or worse from the trail of gasoline he left behind him driving home. No taking responsibility for their work. No customer service. Just sign. Of course I asked to speak to the manager who was.. Todd! He actually did say the words I'm sorry, and listened to my rant about safety and negligence and horrible customer service. He told me he would take a look at the work order and call my husband and work something out. It's been almost a week. Still waiting for his call. Bottom line, major safety issues, no acceptance of responsibility and quite possibly the worst customer service in town. There are plenty of chevy dealerships around. Find another one!! More
certified pre-owned truck with 6000 miles Just picked up this truck from service for the 3rd time in a month, once again it's not fixed, I can not stess enough, how many chances do I give them Just picked up this truck from service for the 3rd time in a month, once again it's not fixed, I can not stess enough, how many chances do I give them an opportunity to "make it right". Cherping in left front. They diagnosed noise was in the right rear. They said they were going to machine the RR rotor, I told them, DO NOT, the noise is not coming from that side. I dropped my truck off Monday morning first thing in the morning with bearing noise and a lack of power issue. I received a call at 3pm on Tuesday telling me about noise in the Right Rear and what they they were going to do to fix it. After telling them "DO NOT TOUCH that side your? diagnosis is incorrect I'll come pick up my truck and take it elsewhere, I explained to the service manager I'll take him for a ride when I pick it up to show where the noise is coming from. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the service manager explained to me they had machined the right rear rotors and fixed the problem. We went for a ride... NO, same cherping noise and growling sound from left front. So not only did they not fix the truck, they machined a brake rotors that tows a 8000 lb. Toy hauler to minimum spec. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, I have multiple situations like this in the last 14 months. When we pay $60000 for a vehicle, or $40000 for a different vehicle, $100000 in vehicles in a year from a car dealership, and over $2500 in services and repair. They could do a little better job. Or maybe just keep jerking you around. I guess I have a different out look on loyalty More
