Poor service team Charged more for oil change then quoted. Have owned my 2008 SRX for just over a year and was not aware of all the problems with the front turn signal Charged more for oil change then quoted. Have owned my 2008 SRX for just over a year and was not aware of all the problems with the front turn signals/daytime running lamps. Very disappointed that the service rep did not disclose this issue or recommend better options available other than replacing bulb for $200. More

Great Staff, Great Service! If you're in the market for a used car look no further than Brian at John Elway Cadillac! More

Cadillac dream While visiting a close friend of mine in Colorado, I had the pleasure of accompanying him to this dealership on his car buying experience. I, mysel While visiting a close friend of mine in Colorado, I had the pleasure of accompanying him to this dealership on his car buying experience. I, myself, used to work at a used car lot, so I am aware of a lot of the methods and strategies used car men use to rack up sales.. This place however was nothing like any car lot I've ever worked at. The salesmen were friendly and not overbearing.. I over heard that they had recently switched management.. I believe the managers name was Gavin. Anyways, the dealership was in tip top condition, the staff was well trained, and the manager made sure every step of my friends car buying experience was smooth sailing. I was so impressed that I felt the need to express it on this review because service like that is hard to find in 2015, as well as such friendliness.. More
Appointment to drive an advertised vehicle Called and made appointment to drive a 2010 Yukon and verfied by VIN it was avaialble. Told sales I was driving 60 miles, arrival time between 6 and Called and made appointment to drive a 2010 Yukon and verfied by VIN it was avaialble. Told sales I was driving 60 miles, arrival time between 6 and 6:30. Upon arrival at 622, sales couldnt find keys, they were in a back room somewhere. There but a few cars on the lot, so keys should be easy, esp since I made an appointment. Upon inspection of Yukon, there was a HOLD placard in the window. After some discussion and several phone calls, the truck was on hold for 30 hours starthing who knows when as an employee sibling was trying to buy the car, had bad credit score, they were trying to help this person establish credit. Sales talked me into test drive, 0 gas, computer said 12 miles to empty!!! By this time I felt very used, dealers dont move without computers, sales should have told me when I made appointment it was on hold. Why would I drive a car I could buy due to an employee purchasing for his sibling: with a credit applicaiton pending??? Why do I need know any of this, all i needed to know was the was available for test drive and purchase!!! $20 in fuel and 3 hours time totally wasted due to JOHN ELWAY CADILLAC!!!!!! By this time I was not happy at all. Very unprofessional, unfair and typical of a car dealer and salespeople. IS anybody credible today??? Does anybody have Integrity? Cerntainly not the sales people I talked with at JOHN ELWAY CADILLAC!!!!!! I will share the facts of this experience with everybody I know!!!!! I wrote this to help at least 1 potential customer can find a way to avoid this kind of unprofessional behavior!!!! Sincerely, Oscar More
