We understand that you purchased a 2005 GMC over 60 days ago. We did an inspection and repaired items that were found before selling you this vehicle. While we can understand your frustration with 3 repairs we also understand that a 12 year old vehicle is bound to have issues. We have fixed the issues that occurred after your purchase at no cost to you and even delivered the GMC back to you when the last repair was completed. At this time we are choosing not to continue communications with you as our employees are being verbally abused and the offer of trading you out of this vehicle is not a sufficient resolution, according to your last conversation with our GM. We feel that we have made every effort to resolve all issues and at this time any additional repairs that have been performed after the sale date have been at no expense to the you. The Elway Team
