This was my first time buying a car on my own. I was nervous, but was very impressed with Eric. He was kind and not pushy which I appreciated. They even went as far as knocking the price down again which I was not expecting. As a first time buyer, I would recommend this dealership. I had the most unpleasant experience with John Eagle Honda. I went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and I explained my situation to the finance manager. He advised to take care of personal Honda. I went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle and I explained my situation to the finance manager. He advised to take care of personal matters and come back the next day to close off the deal. Car would be on HOLD as I'd come back the very next day to sign. They sold the car just overnight. (supposedly) I go on and select another vehicle that I had already seen online for X amount and once there they tell me that's not the real price, it was more but the salesperson didn't know the price. He would have to ask the manager. At that point, of course, I'm furious and I told they needed to honor their website deal. They told me it's CASH only and made me feel like I couldn't buy it cash. Thankfully that was no problem for me. It was very upsetting, and I just ended up walking away because needlessly to say, rude and very sketchy business. (lots of in-between details that I'm leaving off just to make this as short as possible) Management - if you're reading this, I'd love to explain the whole scenario and perhaps you can use it for training purposes. I do have love my 2025 Honda Pilot and I hope I can still take it here for service even though this was a horrible experience. More
