Bad overall experience Please be aware! Just purchased a car this week from here. When I signed the paperwork (which for most part was on a tablet that only asks for your si Please be aware! Just purchased a car this week from here. When I signed the paperwork (which for most part was on a tablet that only asks for your signature)the terms an final amount financed were never disclosed during the financing. We had agreed on a deal during the sales process. I was to turn in my lease and finance a new car. The sales guy, Antero, kept telling me how it would be a wash with the lease and I would just be starting over. My father and I asked multiple times if anything would carry over and the sales guy always said no. That was not the case. They not only LIED to me about the amount financed ( they added negative equity) but also wouldn't give me a copy of my contract. Financing process and events goes as follows: After signing paperwork on the tablet( only signature line) that fills in actual paperwork when I left I was handed an envelope with only my GAP insurance receipt but no contract in sight. The following morning I received a call from Johnny to notify me that my car was ready to pick up. I asked him to please give me a copy of my contract as they had not done so and he says "of course I will give that you with your car keys." Later that afternoon when I got to the dealership I only received my car keys and once again I asked for a copy of my contract this time to Tariq which is the one who financed the deal. He tells me "I have mailed your paperwork to you so you should be receiving it soon." I told him "well shouldn't you have a copy for yourself that you can show me or get me a copy of." He said "no." So I left feeling pretty uneasy that day and decided to come back the next morning. The next morning when I come in I am greeted my the receptionist and asks me what I need help with. I said "I need a finance manager please." She calls him but he is busy so she asks what it is in regards to. I said "I need a copy of my contract" I wait and then he shows up some time later with a copy of my contract. I look over it and realize that there is a total of $30,000 being financed. When we were in the finance process the amount pointed out to me was $25,000 so this whole I am thinking it is this amount. This comes as a surprise to me so I ask why am I being charged negative equity since I asked from the beginning of the sales if anything would roll over. He says "you have to speak with Tariq." He should have told you this. I was never informed of this. If I would have known that I would be financing $5k extra I would have stuck with my original plan which was to finance my lease. Please take this into consideration on your next purchase. I made the mistake of trusting these people so make sure to look over everything. More

Bad experience with the pre-owned staff I went to this dealership for a certified pre-owned vehicle. The car was advertised as certified pre-owned online. CPOs cost more, but this is suppose I went to this dealership for a certified pre-owned vehicle. The car was advertised as certified pre-owned online. CPOs cost more, but this is supposed to be reflected in the MSRP. Instead, they tried to charge me $1295 above and beyond MSRP for the certification. This is extremely shady. I won't be going back there. I ended up getting a CPO car at David McDavid, and they didn't pull these shenanigans. More
My second, the first was in 1980 I bought an Accord after I graduated from college, which was my first new car. That was in 1980. I put 175,000 miles on it. Two days ago, I bough I bought an Accord after I graduated from college, which was my first new car. That was in 1980. I put 175,000 miles on it. Two days ago, I bought my second Accord from the same dealership. Their service--salesman, etc.--were great. I knew what I wanted and had looked at other dealerships in the Dallas area. None compared to these people. You may have a different experience. Mine was superb. More
Horrible service This dealership is HORRIBLE! The sales representatives and managers are unprofessional. They pretend to care about providing you a reliable car but i This dealership is HORRIBLE! The sales representatives and managers are unprofessional. They pretend to care about providing you a reliable car but i found that not to be true. I put a down payment on a car and when i drove it home the car was a piece of trash. I literally had body cramps from trying to keep the car on the road. DO NOT PURCHASE\Lease from this dealer. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this dealer. More
harassment stupidity and a tent revival I live in California, when I was in Dallas over a year ago I took my honda in for the to look at. The service was terrible, clueless is an understatement. They have called me 6 times in two months to remind me I am due for service. Seriously? I am treating for auto immunity and I have asked the several times to take me off the list. This idiot calls me yesterday and tells me again in her chirpy little 12 year old voice, and I tell her to stop harassing me. Two min later from her personal cell phone she texts me and says she will pray for me and my temper. WOW. Then when I call to speak to the head of service another 12 year old lies and tells me she is the CEO. LMAO. This dealership is about as unprofessional as they come I do not recommend them for anything except maybe a layin a hands tent revival More

Unreliable, untrustworthy I purchased a used vehicle with 83000 miles It took them 8 days to detail and inspect the car. The day after the vehicle was finally received there I purchased a used vehicle with 83000 miles It took them 8 days to detail and inspect the car. The day after the vehicle was finally received there was a noise from the front end that turned out to be bad control arms. Within a week the engine light came on, this turned out to be 2 bad censors. The heat stopped working as well as the turn signals and rear wiper. I took the vehicle to a technician of my choice, John Eagle Honda would not agree to pay even half of the repair coast of $3000. They picked up the car a week later, kept it for another 35 days and thensaid they repaired everything. Hahaha, noise is still in the front end and the engine light came back on in 4 days! They said they found no problem with the heat, turn signals or rear wiper but they are miraculously working. Now I cannot even get them to call me back. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! More
Not Trustworthy I purchased a 2013 Nissan Versa from these guys with 68000 miles. And less than 1000 miles later it needed $1,100 of work to replace the control arms I purchased a 2013 Nissan Versa from these guys with 68000 miles. And less than 1000 miles later it needed $1,100 of work to replace the control arms. The Nissan tech showed me the arms and they had been worn out before I bought it. This would have not been missed on a maintenance inspection when they received the car. John Eagle is not a trustworthy place to purchase a car and I will not do business with them again. I would give less that one star if I could. Scott Sackett More
