I had not intended to buy a car that day, was going to test drive other cars, but loved the CRV so much and Ross was so great I could not resist. Ross followed up with me days afterwards about my car. He even offered to have me come back to go over some of the features again to make sure I knew how everything worked. Can't say enough good things about him. The Finance Manager Tarek, was also very nice, went over all of the paperwork, no high pressure for extras, just mentioned them and when I said no he moved right on. He explained all of the paperwork in detail to make sure I understand everything, answered all of my questions and was not trying to rush me. Just an overall great car buying experience. More

Easiest and Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience Recently, i came across a car that fit my needs and I called to check the availability. From the point of that first contact, John Eagle Honda made my Recently, i came across a car that fit my needs and I called to check the availability. From the point of that first contact, John Eagle Honda made my experience a very pleasant one....an adjective I have never used to describe purchasing a vehicle. From that first call, until I signed my contract, the staff did all the work and handled all the stress. I have had issues with identity theft and my credit is less than stellar. In about two hours, they had me financed and squared away. My experience with other dealerships was nothing like that...I spent three days waiting just to be turned down with one dealership. Everyone I dealt with, DP, Hachem, Tariq (financing guru) and Jesse (loaner car guru) and every person was genuinely interested in getting e taken care of in the most courteous, friendly and professional manner. I will definitely give them my repeat business because they earned it by providing customer service rarely provided this day and age. More
