Great experience for a first-time buyer! John Eagle quickly changed that! I came in one Saturday afternoon to casually browse their selection and drove off the lot with a new HR-V just a couple of week later. I had dealt with others in the Dallas area, but only wanted to give my business to this dealership. Their customer service is top notch! From Ondre greeting me in the lot to Jonathan helping me finance, the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Ross was an outstanding salesman, patiently answering all of my questions and letting me drive multiple vehicles. He and Lawrence were so approachable and allowed me the space to make a decision without any pressure. I had a fantastic experience at John Eagle and would highly recommend this dealership! More
