I really appreciate Maribel's proactive support in helping me in my recent 2020 Odyssey Elite purchase. She got me a test drive on very short notice plus she also got me an Odyssey rental while waitin helping me in my recent 2020 Odyssey Elite purchase. She got me a test drive on very short notice plus she also got me an Odyssey rental while waiting for my new car to get prepped. The 3-4 days I had with the Odyssey rental was really helpful in getting me comfortable for receiving my new car. Maribel stayed late on the date I purchased my car (until 8:30 PM) to get the personal property in my trade-in transferred to the rental Odyssey. And then she took the time with me in the rental Odyssey to make sure I was set up in the rental and had all the information I needed to drive home safely. On the pickup date for my new car, she ensured that everything was done to get my new Odyssey ready. Thank you, Maribel, for your superb support.
