Waiting For John Eagle To Deliver All That They Promised I negotiated my purchase of the 2019 Honda Pilot with John Frazier, who has since left the dealership for a Honda dealership in Rowlett, TX. The adver I negotiated my purchase of the 2019 Honda Pilot with John Frazier, who has since left the dealership for a Honda dealership in Rowlett, TX. The advertisement I responded to promised me two (2) free oil changes. When I asked John about the free oil changes prior to completing the purchase he told me I would be receiving them directly from Honda. One month later.....nothing. John had referred me to a "Vic" there to complete everything. I texted Vic on March 11th asking about my oil change vouchers, which is when I learned of John being gone. Vic advised that he would "get with management" on this issue. I emailed Vic a copy of their advertisement showing the promise of two (2) free oil changes. Since then.......nothing, no response. I texted Vic again today........nothing, no response. My dealings with the dealership had been fine, until now (Tariq El-Fauri was knowledgeable and very thorough; my dealings with John were very good; my dealings with Vic had been fine considering I had been passed over to him by John so he can only do so much by himself....other than respond to my inquiries if he is still employed there). I can only surmise that the lack of response to their promises is coming from "management", which doesn't reflect positively on the dealership. More

I love my new Honda Accord I saw John Eagle Honda was close to my office, so I popped in on my lunch hour to check out some Accords.
