The nice receptionist who answered, put me in touch with Greg Roetter. I had briefly explained my recent experience, and I let her know I wanted to speak to someone who could possibly help me with what I wanted. At the time, I wasn't quite sure if I was ready for a trade in or wait. I only had inquiries Mr. Roetter answered and needless to say it went rather smooth. I knew it was getting late in the evening and he reassured me, I didn't need to worry about that. Next thing you know, we had scheduled an appointment for the next morning. I was there the next morning and after getting to know my possible interests, here I am with a new vehicle!. He took the time with me (which I deeply appreciate), and putting me in touch with Lawrence Curry, I now have my newest vehicle. They both made the whole transition harmless and pain free. I have been buying Honda's since 1988 and I am a loyal Honda fan. It helps when everyone involved on the sales side can assist and go out of their way. I feel these two gentlemen Greg and Lawrence did for me today. I wasn't rushed and I know I can be very stubborn at times, but they did go out of their way to meet me and accommodate where I wanted to be. I can honestly say, I will be more than willing to spread the word about my personal experience with John Eagle Honda and how well and comfortable I was treated. Great customer service will keep customers coming back. When it's time for me, I will be a repeated customer and I know who I will ask for. Greg Roetter! Thanks again Greg! More

Free car wash service is wonderful I bought my Honda Accord coup at this place 8 years ago, back then I would review it with Okay service. Recently I started coming back for their free car wash service as they promised, it is so good to see John Eagle really upgraded their everything - service is very nice, Edgar is my go-to person every time I get here, he is super helpful, very gentle, friendly, professional and efficient, he even showed me around to waiting area and break room which has free popcorn, high-end coffee machine, donuts and other drinks. Keep up with the good service and keep good people like Edgar, these are the reason that we as customer will come back again and again, recommend it to our friends and families too. More
Awesome seamless experience I had a 2018 Accord that was totaled in an accident. As soon as I heard the car was totaled I went to John Eagle to replace it. Chasity, Lawrence an I had a 2018 Accord that was totaled in an accident. As soon as I heard the car was totaled I went to John Eagle to replace it. Chasity, Lawrence and Ron were amazing to work with. I came home with a 2019 that had a few more bells and whistles then my 2018 and with the same deal I had with the 2018. I love this dealership. This is the fourth car I have brought from them. More

Bad customer service I bought a new Honda Odessey EXL from the dealer. I spent 2 hours a week before but the GM won't even quote me an offer as my offer was too low. I wen I bought a new Honda Odessey EXL from the dealer. I spent 2 hours a week before but the GM won't even quote me an offer as my offer was too low. I went back as it was the only dealership with the color i wanted(my mistake to go back). I went in with a quote from another dealer ($36.2K) and a car max buy offer on my old car of 5K. The only thing the dealer had to do was match or beat both/either offer or decline the offer. They matched the other dealer offer(without all-weather mats) and paid me $1k less than my Carmax offer. I was price haggled ( my fault to not just leave as I was just tired of car shopping). They ended up selling me the car for $36,2K which was the same as other dealers quote but just gave me 4K for my car trade-in(Car max had offered me $5K in writing). I wrote all the math on paper of how I am being ripped off so that we could conclude the deal but that never happened. So essentially i bought the car for $1k more than I would have got at another dealer. I went in the dealership at 2.30 pm and left at 7. 80% of the time was on price haggling even when i brought an OTD quote and car max offer for my old car. Even finance tried to rip me off by offering me 4+% rate saying since I had dealer incentive they couldn't give me a preferred rate from wellsfargo. After i said i would leave they gave me a lower rate. Very bad experience. My mistake was i just didn't leave when i knew i was being charged more by at least 1K(+ interest on extra$1k financing) but their price haggling tactics worked. The only silver lining was my sales rep Ben/Jack were very good and helpful. Car buying should not be such a bad experience and i regret to say I will never recommend John Eagle to any of my friends. I understand everybody is in it for profit and its not charity but if you ripoff customers and give such a bad experience they would never return. More
