I went in for a test drive then then 3 days later purchased the vehicle. He assisted by placing my offer, accepting verbally & even provided a link to the application so that I could apply online. It was easy from there. What I enjoyed the most was his transparency, prompt responses via call or text and that I did not feel pressured as he wasn't overly aggressive. Car buying is never easy but Wayne made is a breeze! By the way, on the day of purchase we had a test driver then sat in the waiting area to speak with Finance.
