oil change I called and made an appt for the first oil change in my 2019i Pilot. The person who took my call wasn't overly excited to take my call but was effici I called and made an appt for the first oil change in my 2019i Pilot. I came in about 1:25pm and Edgar greeted me was told it would take an hour to hour and fifteen minutes.I was told that they would do the oil change and multi point inspection and then wash and vacuum my vehicle, It took right at 1 hr and fifteen minutes. My vehicle came down the line and and Edgar saw it and indicated that I should follow him outside. He said that my vehicle had no issues, he had no recommendations for future service as my vehicle was in for its 3500 mile first oil change. Edgar was great, showed me where the lounge was. I grabbed a seat and hung out. The customer lounge still lacks some comforts that I've seen at other dealerships. Its small and could have used some new furniture and better seating. More

Earlier this week I was online car shopping , You know since the COVID19, Some caring Dealerships offer you the chance of getting approved before you get there so you have no problems-- get you car all safe -- and your off and your way home..!st Lie- I was totally upfront and told them my credit score over the phone. I was told to come in'and we could go from there. I said OK when I get there my 1st questions is if he can make a Deal in 2 hours would i accept it,, I said yes --then it was on my sale rep goes into the Hack room-- or the negotiators room where he a four suits Laugh and hackle about me and then one comes out and he makes a point to say hello as he walks by.one by one they fall out the room everyone one of them came by me and says hello .. Guess they had a guilty conscience or something.So Previously I told my "DEALER" and I say that loosely that I had no money down and a bad credit score but my Dealer is on it and working hard for me.I tell him how much i could afford to to pay..So he then tells me my price range to go for while he shows me a beautiful NISSAN Altima ---- now the guy tells me if i get a 10000 dollar car my payments would be $150 to $200 AND FOR EVERY $1000 i SHOULD INCREASE MY MONTHLY` NOTE BY $50.. Now the car they want to put me in is $17000 ,, that is a little higher than i hoped to pay,,, after all is said Im on my way out the door as i was scrolling along the beaten path through the car lot i see it. A HONDA FIT, (in my price range ) with out a deposit .. i CALL BACK INTO THE DEALERSHIP--on my phone ,,Talk to Noland he was my personal representative where he says he does not think they could finance that car but he would get on it and let me know. Well a day passes and I so surprised Noland says they can finance the "FIT" a $4995 dollar car according to their sticker..... Noland the says hes going to work out the deals And call me back... % min later Nolands MANAGER returns the call ,, I wish I could let you listen to it cause its classic . Mr KING , we got you all taken care of and only deal is we cant do a $500 dollar deposit its going to have to be $600,, and we finance the rest $259.00 FOR 57 MONTHS..........wtfij...oh that means (WHAT THE FEAR IN JESUS... ) ...you mean to tell me the little bitty "FIT" $4995 dollars is costing me about $15000 dollars ... and i have to give you $600 on top of it.....Boy, JOHN EAGLE thank you for helping me through this pandemic .... I think i got the John Eagle Virus now ,,,,with prices like that who needs the Corona virus. A REAL BAIT A SALE TECHNIQUE. More
