Once, Luis and I was test driving the car. Luis was giving me a lot of details on the HRV. Things that I did not have on my 2017 Mini Clubman. I moved to the next step on processing the SUV. Luis took all my information to the finance manager, Tariq El-Fauri. Tariq came to me straight forward on the credit/monthly payments and stated. I will make sure you can afford this car. I worked with Mark Shipman on-line and on the phone. The price was right, the incentives were there, and I was in the market. Mark Shipman was professional, easy to work, and he personally delivered my car. There were a few papers to sign upon delivery, but no surprises. All-in-all, I would make the same purchase again with John Eagle Honda, if I could work with Mark Shipman again! More
