Not the best experience I drove two plus hours to see an SUV, in which I had been working a deal over the phone on. I get there and they sold it. It was on the lot,but hadn't been cleaned. Waited all day. Left and still had small dents, dings, and some of the old owners paperwork inside. Wasn't cleaned well at all! Went back up a few weeks later, and spent ALL day again. Painted some, but did not get all the dings out. So, now I still have small dings, and will need tires. John Frazier who is no longer there was outstanding. He is the one that knew how to handle business. I wish he could have been my saleman from the start. The next trip I met Marcus. He was very nice and helpful. I probably will not go back or recommend this dealership to anyone else. More
