Knowledgeable and No-Nonsense I have visited two Honda dealerships before I came to John Eagle Honda. At this point, I was just hoping to see which Honda dealer will give me the be I have visited two Honda dealerships before I came to John Eagle Honda. At this point, I was just hoping to see which Honda dealer will give me the best deal for a new Honda CR-V. Maribel Erbay, who assisted me throughout this whole process, was patient in guiding me thru my first car purchase (such as explaining and answering any questions I I had). She clearly knew what I wanted and did not try to upsell me like this other dealership that I have visited. She was even able to fulfill and obtain the type and color of the CR-V that I wanted, which was amazing! She was easy to communicate and be in touch with. She also periodic checks with you during the whole process (which is a bit longer than I expected, but it was mostly waiting on paperwork and repairing the scratches of my car) to make sure you are satisfied with everything and that the car should come out as pristine as you wanted to be. Overall, I had good first car purchase experience. More

Edgar has been my contact person for service quite a few times and he always impresses! He’s personable and professional and very detailed oriented.
