Lawrence was not like other management. He actually showed that he was intent on hearing my concerns and helped come to a fair agreement that allowed me to walk away with the right vehicle for me. Martha was extremely helpful and patient as I asked to see multiple cars to really find the one that best suited me. No buyers remorse, I would absolutely recommend. More

THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY! As soon as you sign those papers, the smiles go away and they have no problem being rude to your face. Except Tariq. He is the only person I recommend there. It really is wort papers, the smiles go away and they have no problem being rude to your face. Except Tariq. He is the only person I recommend there. It really is worth it to drive the extra 10 miles to a different Honda dealer. To start with, they sold me a car with a broken key taped together with electrical tape then told me in a happy voice “we can give you a discount of $200 and order a new key!!” No. No way. Not happening. Tariq is the finance manager that worked really hard and by some miracle got me approved with my bad/lack of credit and I also feel he’s the only one who didn’t try to take advantage of me. Well I talked to Tariq (and I apologize if I’m misspelling his name) and he said not to worry I would get a new key for free and the service department would call me when it came in (which they never did, I had to call the inventory manager myself) Well after leaving the dealership I noticed several other minor things that seemed to have been overlooked. I believe most the inside dome lights needed replacing, my left blinker was being spastic (which is kinda ironic how on the test drive I was told to only make right hand turns and when I got back I started checking things over and pushing buttons to make sure everything worked but the sales girls seemed to be in a rush to get me out of that car and back inside), the auxiliary plug didn’t work, my drivers side speaker would randomly (not super often) go out for a few seconds, but the 2 things that had me most concerned was the key being broken and kept getting either stuck in the ignition or breaking in half and the car not starting until I taped it again just right, and then clicking noise had me concerned. When I called and asked this particular person about these issues (the same guy that was happy about trying to give me a new key at a discounted rate of $200 for a working key) he said just bring it in and they would take a look. I brought it in and he said they would have to order the parts, and that was ok with me. I asked if I was going to be charged with anything and he said “well someone is going to have to pay for the labor” sarcastically referring to me. Which was extremely rude. Then I asked if my key came in yet and he said “we will call you when it does”. It was also convenient that when I got there I could hear the clicking noise but yet when the service department had it the noise stopped? I ended up emailing Tariq later explaining to him that I’ve had this car a week and was not only sold the car with a broken key (Which I thanked him again for handling the issue) but also told, with attitude, that I would have to pay out of my own pocket for a new key and to have these issues fixed that should’ve been done before the car was even placed for sale. He said everything would be taken care of and I wouldn’t be paying. He really helped so much!! So in the next week I brought my car back yet again to have the things fixed, and when the same manager (not Tariq) walked me to my car and I started it, the car instantly started clicking and I pointed it out right away.He said “oh yeah I do hear that” and tried to explain it away with something about a chain serpentine belt. I don’t know a lot about cars but I do know a thing or 2 about serpentine belts and owned 3 Honda’s prior to this and never heard that sound from a Honda or any car, or of a chain serpentine belt either. Oh and by the way when my key finally came in, I was asked how I’d be paying for it!!!! Thankfully I keep a paper trail of emails and texts. It is extremely unprofessional to have a girl text a customer on your behalf arguing to the point where I have to tell her “I’m not going to argue over text, if “he” has an issue then he can call me”. It was rude. Well fast forward 3 months and I’m driving 35 mph and softly bump a curb on a curve. I had to have my car towed bc that clicking noise turned out to be my entire suspension system rusted-the axle completely broke, tie rods, steering knuckle. Bottom line is I’m on disability and this is over 2 months of income for me and I have no idea how im going to pay to fix it and I still have car payments. I will never go back here. Ever ever ever ever. And to be told i would have to pay to see what the clicking noise was. If I was walking by and had a restroom emergency I would rather go in my pants. That’s how angry I am and how dehumanized I feel by the staff here. There are more minor details but this gives you an idea. More

Great experience buying my new Clarity plug in hybrid This was my first time doing business with John Eagle Honda. I had done some online searching and had selected the Honda Clarity Plug in Hybrid as my next vehicle. My online searches showed John Eagle Honda had the desired model/color in stock. Lawrence and Glen listened to my needs and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. Glen assisted with my test drive and had extensive knowledge of the vehicle and features (some of which are Plug in Hybrid specific). Within 24 hours I had come to a decision and began the purchase process. Dwain in finance made the process very smooth and help get me a good finance rate from the lender. I highly recommend John Eagle Honda for the excellent customer service and responsiveness to questions. More
