Ron was helpful and patient in showing us the car that we came in wanting to look at. He talked straight, didn't feel overbearing, and was willing to hear us out when it came time to negotiate on the price. came in wanting to look at. It was at that point however that we lost all faith and respect in John Eagle's sales / management practices. We spent the better part of 90 minutes simply trying to get John Eagle to honor the price they listed on their website without having to pay for a $2,000 "appearance package" that was not listed anywhere on the website. While Johnny was mildly helpful, their GM, JP, resorted to pathetic handwritten notes with messages like "Sorry can't sell cars at a loss" or "You win", and then after we walked out texted me a message agreeing to the price we asked for but telling me "That's fine whatever. Just know that you stole the car...So you for sure win now." I'd like to state for the record that Ron was great, but the rest of our experience there led us to going to another Honda dealership who sold us the same car for more than a $1,000 less, out the door. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, but if Ron winds up elsewhere - I'd welcome working with him again. More

I have used John Eagle for Years. My second Car to purchase. I do miss the Express Department that has been closed. I think it takes too long at the Dealer area. I make Appt. Subpar customer service Called yesterday to make an appointment for an oil change for my Acura. Was asked to come by today as a walk-in. I was in fact looking for the Acura dealer and at around 4:25, I mistakenly landed at this Honda showroom/service division. When I walked in and requested for an oil change, I received a lukewarm response. Well, "you don't have an appointment?", I was told it was going to take at least 2 hours, "the customers that came in at 2:45 are still waiting." I had to get back to the hospital and so I left. Just around the corner was the Acura showroom I was actually looking for. I went in and was promptly attended to. I was a healthcare worker and was getting my oil change free.... I had been working taking care of patients all this while and this was the first time I received a cold shoulder at a dealer's place. I do not recommend John Eagle Honda of Dallas. What a contrast to the Acura service center. More
Went in for my 5th lease, so I’m used to the trade in, paperwork and transition of cars . Mark made the whole process as efficient and painless as possible and he was very knowledgeable in the car, even g paperwork and transition of cars .
