I am 65 y/o female looking to buy a 2012 Honda Accord priced by TrueCar at $8500. I rushed 40 minutes across town to test-drive. I loved it! When it came time for the paperwork the sales mgr (Karim Jaffe priced by TrueCar at $8500. I rushed 40 minutes across town to test-drive. I loved it! When it came time for the paperwork the sales mgr (Karim Jaffer) stated price of $12,500 showing a $4000 discount to the original price (8500).”Car location subscription” & ”nitro” pkg added at $799.00. Total 10244.37. I walked. No negotiation. All he talked about was “giving “ me 4000$ off price of car. IMHO $4000 OFF would make base price of $4500!! Fishy. Disrespectful. Maybe he thought I could not add? Will not return. Salesman Awni was great, too bad sales manager looked to take advantage of me. More

We had only had our new 2020 CRV EXL for less than 1500 miles when we started noticing a rattle while driving, regardless of speed or road conditions. After reviewing similar situations reported on the CRV owners blog site, we made an appointment with the John Eagle Honda service department. When we dropped off the vehicle the service reception technician was able to hear the rattle immediately during our brief diagnostic drive. I appreciated the efforts of the service department to identify the cause of the rattle in our new 2020 CRV EXL and their willingness to provide a loaner vehicle since the repair was going to take considerable time to identify the cause, repair the issue and confirm it was fully resolved.
