I was reluctant to do so as in the past this resulted in non-stop calls and emails but Mark replied promptly. He asked if I preferred email, text or calls. We spoke for a few moments, remained in contact with texts and calls and he went to work and with in a few hours Mark had a few really good options for me and made the process very easy and stress free. Brent in Finance was down to earth and very personable which is not the case in my past when filling out all the paper work. The car looked great when Mark took time on his day off to make sure my wife got a great review of all the features. This experience at John Eagle dealership is a great reason we leased our 5th Honda. Great job! More
