I cannot emphasize how amazing this dealership is!!! No wonder its got BEST OF 7 years in a row. It was my first time ever visiting and when I called the morning to test drive a Honda Civic Touring I was g wonder its got BEST OF 7 years in a row. It was my first time ever visiting and when I called the morning to test drive a Honda Civic Touring I was greeted by a gentleman named PRESTON SEATON!! PRESTON went above and beyond to make me feel like I was the only person in the dealership. Prompt, friendly, honest, and not trying to gain anything but my security in my purchase decision. The paperwork was fast and minimal, I was done in just a couple hours. They even delivered my vehicle to my house!! I WILL go to Preston again to buy my next car. Which will be soon since I have 6 kids and 2 more need cars. HA! More
Jacob was my contact person yesterday and he was outstanding. My car had 4 recalls and that is reason for the visit. It was an okay experience. They did provide free delivery of my vehicle. An opportunity I did find was that they are not as consultative as they should be when it comes to adding additional services/warranti of my vehicle. An opportunity I did find was that they are not as consultative as they should be when it comes to adding additional services/warranties, etc. Apparently they automatically include 2 additional services with ALL their vehicles which is rolled into the financing (Nitro & Kuha), which total up to $900. You would think if you are almost paying $1k for additional services you didn’t ask for but are forced to take then they could at the very least provide you details on this rather than seeing the surprise fees at closing. Also, I had to follow up twice as they didn’t “activate” my membership for Kuha for the first year which is included at no cost to me. It was no surprise that it starts getting difficult in getting a response once you’ve signed all docs and vehicle is no longer in their inventory. Not sure if this is their way of leaving a lasting impression. More
